To setup a New Account with ​ITAD360, please download the Application below. Fill the application out completely including the Resale Tax Certificate and email it back to accounts@itad360.com ​Once your application is received and processed you will get a confirmation from the Accounts Department and you can then submit your Purchase Orders to orders@itad360.com

To speed up the RMA process – please download the RMA form, fill it out completely and email it to our RMA Department in McKinney, TX for processing. Email: RMA@​itad360.com.

Once we received your complete RMA form, if your RMA is accepted, we will send you a RMA Number by e-mail. Once you receive the RMA number – please return your devices to our McKinney, TX facility with RMA number clearly shown on the outside of the shipment and on the shipping label.
